Time went by, day and night
I journeyed through the lands
Led by my curiosity, my journey
would lead me to the southern lands

To the lands where no one goes
the marshes where the rain ever falls
thick grey clouds hide the light
hide the dangers, hide the blight

Gossip and rumor guide my way

These words were carried on the wind:

Where light is but a memory
Where darkness rules below the trees
Where none dare venture, where all is damned,
Forsaken are the southern lands

Where secrets lie beneath the ground
Where evil sleeps, where death is found
